In food, pharmaceutical and coating industries, compressed air often comes into direct contact with the product or its packaging. For them, "oil-free" is not a nice-to-have selling point but a bottom line that must be held—a single droplet of oil mist in the air supply can scrap a whole batch.
The Fusheng TW Series air-cooled reciprocating oil-free air compressor is designed for exactly these situations. It covers 2.2-26kW, air delivery of 0.22-3.0m³/min and working pressure of 0.8-1.0MPa, and by its very structure rules out oil entering the compression chamber, ensuring 100% oil-free air quality.
Many "oil-free" solutions add precision filtration and adsorption downstream of an oil-lubricated machine to bring the oil content down. But such approaches depend on filter elements, which saturate, need replacing and carry a risk of failure.
The TW Series takes a different path: the crankcase is designed without lubricating oil. In other words, there is simply no oil in the crankcase to be carried away, so there is no need to worry about oil travelling along the connecting rod into the compression chamber and affecting final product quality. Here oil-free is a matter of principle, not something patched up by treatment downstream.
The running noise and vibration of a reciprocating machine depend largely on the dynamic balance of the body. The TW body and air tank use an integrated balanced design, running more smoothly with noise and vibration dropping together. At the same time the machine runs at low speed—lower speed slows the wear on moving parts and extends life. For users with higher demands on the shop environment, the improvement from these two points is directly noticeable.
To ensure sealing and reliability, the TW Series uses high-strength grease-lubricated bearings. Bearings are a key load-bearing part of a reciprocating machine, and a more robust choice gives the unit's running stability a firmer guarantee.
In addition, the body includes crankcase ventilation holes. With better heat dissipation the bearings run cooler, wear more slowly and last longer still. Details like these never appear in marketing copy, yet they genuinely affect how long a machine lasts.
Models of 5.5kW and above use a two-stage compression design. Splitting compression into two stages with intercooling lowers the discharge temperature and raises efficiency—and a lower temperature is easier on wear parts such as valve plates and piston rings.
The suction and discharge valves use purpose-built heat-resistant valve plates made of stainless steel. In a reciprocating machine the plates open and close at high frequency, and a heat- and corrosion-resistant material directly determines their airtightness and service life. Better airtightness means less leakage of compressed air and higher volumetric efficiency.
The piston uses spring-type compression rings. Compared with an ordinary design, a spring-type ring conforms better to the cylinder wall during compression, improving airtightness and reducing air leakage, which raises volumetric efficiency substantially. In other words, the same power produces more usable air.

For cleanliness-sensitive situations, an oil-free compressor never sells on specifications but on certainty. The TW Series builds oil-free operation into the crankcase itself, then defends efficiency item by item through bearings, heat dissipation, valve plates and compression rings—a certainty that does not rely on downstream treatment to hold, and that is exactly what makes it worth choosing.
