Fusheng Small Piston Compressors: A, FG and TW Series

Not every workshop needs centralized air supply. Applications such as auto repair, small machining and painting work use little air, yet demand a tough machine with frequent start-stop and simple maintenance. Fusheng offers 3 small piston air compressors — A, FG and TW — with power of 0.55–26 kW and air delivery of 0.06–3.0 m³/min.

1. Overview of the Three Models

SeriesWorking pressureAir deliveryPowerFeatures
A Series0.8–1.25 MPa0.08–3.0 m³/min0.75–22 kWLarge pump head, can run 24 hours continuously
FG Series0.8 MPa0.06–1.5 m³/min0.55–11 kWEconomical model, air-cooled and easy to install
TW Series0.8–1.0 MPa0.22–3.0 m³/min2.2–26 kWReciprocating oil-free, oil-free crankcase design

2. Who Each One Suits

  • The A Series has a large pump head, good sealing and low lubricating oil consumption, supports heavy loads and all-day continuous operation, suited to workstations with dense pneumatic tool use that cannot stop, with additional 1.25 MPa two-stage and twin-head models;
  • The FG Series is the economical choice, with a mature structure, low vibration and noise and air cooling that is ready to use once plugged in, suited to shops and small workshops with limited budget and limited maintenance resources;
  • The TW Series is oil-free from the crankcase at the source, suited to applications such as food, pharmaceutical and spraying where the air may come into contact with products.

3. Selection Advice

  1. First look at the pressure requirement of the air-using equipment; 0.8 MPa satisfies most general pneumatic tools;
  2. Estimate the air volume by the number of tools in use at the same time;
  3. Choose A for continuous operation, FG when cost matters and TW for cleanliness.

Conclusion

The three small piston machines each hold their own niche: the A handles continuous operation, the FG leads on economy and the TW delivers oil-free cleanliness. Where air demand is small, a simple piston machine is often more cost-effective than a screw machine.
