ESSENCE Air Compressors

ESSENCE Compressor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fusheng Group. After years of updates and iterations, its products are now mainly PM VSD screw models, affordably priced and highly competitive, exported to Europe and Southeast Asia; backed by Fusheng Group, it has a complete after-sales service system.

Under the "ESSENCE Air Compressors" category, 25 models are listed in total, belonging to three brands and covering four product lines.

1. Division of Roles Among the Three Brands

• ESSENCE brand: 12 models, the main brand of ESSENCE, covering four product types: PM VSD, two-stage, laser cutting, and engineering and low pressure;
• firstAir brand: 12 models, its product lines correspond one to one with the ESSENCE brand, with models named FAS, FPM and so on;
• Freya brand: 1 model, the FRV Series PM VSD screw air compressor, with a working pressure of 0.7–1.25 MPa, air delivery of 0.25–13.8 m³/min and power of 7.5–75 kW.

• General air supply: PM VSD screw models cover multiple power steps from small to large air delivery, and are the largest category in the catalogue;
• High-pressure needs: laser cutting models have a working pressure of 1.6 MPa, suited to laser cutting air supply;
• Low pressure, high flow: low-pressure screw machines have a working pressure of 0.3–0.45 MPa, air delivery of 6.0–50.8 m³/min and power of 30–220 kW;
• Strong energy-saving needs: two-stage models improve efficiency through staged compression, suited to production lines that run continuously over long periods.

1. First decide the brand and product line: based on air quality, pressure and site conditions, lock onto the product line under the corresponding brand;
2. Then decide the model and power: within the same product line, match the duty by air delivery and power;
3. Check the electrical specification: some models in the catalogue support 220/380/415/440 V, 50/60 Hz, which export projects should verify in advance;
