Rental Packages

An air compressor is a classic "affordable to buy, but also affordable to keep" piece of equipment: beyond the purchase price there is installation, maintenance, spare parts and downtime risk. When the air demand itself is short-term and fluctuating, renting is often more suitable than buying. The Fusheng rental solution offers four optional configurations, covering applications from general air supply to field construction.

1. Where Renting Fits

• Production lines with pronounced order fluctuation: air demand rises temporarily in peak season and is unused in the off-season, so buying equipment easily leads to idle machines;
• Projects with a clear schedule: air demand with a start and end time, such as construction, overhaul and trial production;
• Temporary capacity expansion: the existing compressor station lacks capacity and needs a short-term air supplement;
• Field and non-fixed air points: situations where the site moves, such as construction, road building and tunnel excavation.

2. What Rental Changes

The most direct change is turning a one-time capital expenditure into payment over the rental term: the company does not have to set up long-term assets for short-term demand, nor carry maintenance and spare parts itself, with equipment condition the manufacturer's responsibility.

• Oil-injected screw air compressor series: general industrial air supply, covering the common air delivery range of the SA Series;
• Oil-free air series: for industries such as food, pharmaceutical and electronics that require Class 0 oil-free compressed air, including water-lubricated, dry oil-free and oil-free scroll models;
• Containerized compressor station: plug-and-play with no civil works, suited to non-fixed air points such as field construction, road building and tunnel excavation;
• Skid-mounted compressor station: modular, highly integrated and easy to position, customizable to the air demand.

1. Look first at how long the demand lasts: for short-term or fluctuating needs, the flexibility advantage of rental is more evident;
2. Then look at the air quality requirement: for oil-free duty choose the oil-free air series, and do not look only at air delivery;
3. Confirm the site conditions: for field or non-fixed points give priority to the containerized type, and consider the skid-mounted type for restricted sites;
4. Work out the total cost over the term: compare rent, scope of service and potential extra spending together.
