Not every air demand is worth buying a machine for. In situations of fluctuating orders, temporary capacity expansion or a limited project cycle, putting capital into equipment once and then carrying maintenance over the long term is often not cost-effective. The Fusheng equipment rental solution is designed for these needs: air equipment is rented out on demand, with factory maintenance and after-sales response included during the rental period.

1. What Equipment the Solution Covers

The rental solution currently covers four configurations:

• Oil-injected screw air compressor series (rental): models cover the common air delivery range of the SA Series, suited to most general industrial air applications;
• Oil-free air series (rental): covers water-lubricated, dry oil-free and oil-free scroll models, providing Class 0 oil-free compressed air for industries with strict air quality requirements such as food, pharmaceutical and electronics;
• Containerized compressor station (rental): plug-and-play with no civil works, suited to non-fixed air points such as field construction, road building and tunnel excavation;
• Skid-mounted compressor station (rental): modular design, highly integrated and easy to position, customizable to the air demand.

2. Weighing Rental Against Purchase

Rental turns capital expenditure into operating expenditure paid over the rental term: there is no need to buy the equipment outright, nor to set up long-term assets for a short-cycle project, and the term can follow the production rhythm to avoid idle equipment. The solution includes factory maintenance and after-sales response, with equipment condition the manufacturer's responsibility.

1. Decide the path by air quality: choose oil-injected screw for general air, and the oil-free air series for food, pharmaceutical and electronics;
2. Decide the form by site conditions: for a fixed plant choose a conventional unit, for field or non-fixed air points give priority to the containerized type, and where space is limited or rapid positioning is needed consider the skid-mounted type;
3. Decide the term by project cycle: rent by cycle for projects with a clear schedule, and adjust elastically to capacity for production lines with fluctuating orders;
4. Confirm maintenance and spare parts responsibility: ask clearly about the scope of service during the term, to avoid extra costs.
