VSV Series

The VSV Series is the mainstay model in the Fusheng screw vacuum pump line, positioned as a PM VSD screw vacuum pump. It targets process applications that require both stable vacuum and attention to long-term power consumption and on-site noise.

1. Three Key Design Points

Purpose-built rotor profile. The VSV airend uses a profile designed specifically for vacuum duty. The rotor profile directly affects pumping efficiency and running smoothness, and a purpose-built design means it is matched to vacuum conditions rather than simply reusing an airend structure intended for other uses.

VSD control. Speed is adjusted by VSD so that pumping speed follows actual demand, reducing the excess energy consumption of fixed-speed operation and achieving high efficiency and energy savings.

PM direct drive. A high-efficiency permanent magnet motor drives the airend directly, removing intermediate transmission and reducing transmission losses, which also results in lower noise.

The VSV Series is suited to fields such as electronics, new energy, glass, ceramics, CNC, food, thermoforming, medical, printing, chemical, pharmaceutical and papermaking. What these applications have in common is a continuous, stable vacuum demand and long-term equipment operation, so energy consumption and noise continually affect running costs and the working environment.

4. Selection Advice

1. Determine the vacuum level and pumping speed by process, leaving a reasonable margin and avoiding over-specification;
2. For production lines with fluctuating vacuum demand, make the most of the energy-saving room that VSD control provides;
3. When the site is noise-sensitive, treat the low-noise operation of direct drive as a plus;
4. Calculate the whole-life cost: power consumption, maintenance and downtime losses are often more important than the purchase price difference.
