Oil-injected screw air compressors are the largest category in the Fusheng product line, with 9 models, power covering 2.2–400 kW, air delivery of 0.24–70 m³/min and a working pressure of 0.7–1.25 MPa. 2. How the Technology Paths Divide

  • PM VSD: SAV04~75, SAV08~75AI, SAV+, SWV, with speed adjusted to air demand, suited to applications with large fluctuations;
  • Classic fixed speed: SA55~200, SA250~400, with mature structure and complete spare parts, suited to long-term stable air supply;
  • Specialized models: SM for hazardous environments such as mines, EBS for vehicle pneumatic systems, and SWV and SWT for oil-free air sources.

3. Selection Points

  1. Set the pressure first: choose 0.7–0.8 MPa for general pneumatic use, and look at 1.25 MPa models if higher pressure is needed;
  2. Then set the air volume: select by peak demand, and give priority to VSD where fluctuation is large;
  3. Consider the environment: choose explosion-proof models for mines, oil-free models for clean industries, and integrated designs where space is limited.
