BWV Series

The BWV Series is the mainstay model in the Fusheng screw blower line, positioned as a PM VSD screw blower. According to the official description, it is a fully in-house developed high-efficiency, energy-saving blower, centered on a PM VSD motor and saving about 30% compared with a traditional Roots blower.

1. Positioning

The BWV Series targets blower applications that run continuously over long periods. Such equipment runs a lot and stops rarely, so the purchase price is only the starting point; what really makes the difference is years of electricity and maintenance spending. Its design therefore focuses on high efficiency and smooth running, rather than on any single parameter.

• Screw rotors: compared with a traditional Roots blower, the compression process is smoother and more efficient;
• High-efficiency permanent magnet motor: the core power source of the machine, working with VSD control to adjust speed;
• High-precision VSD: makes the machine run more smoothly, with air output matched to demand.

Together, the three achieve energy savings of up to 25%–35% for the BWV Series compared with a traditional Roots blower, with running noise far lower than a Roots blower as well.
