Oil-Free Screw Air Compressors

This category lists two Fusheng models, one for clean air and one for low-pressure energy savings: the GW Series oil-free air compressor and the SL+ Series low-pressure screw air compressor. They do not solve the same kind of problem — the former addresses air cleanliness, the latter addresses wasted pressure.

1. GW Series: Fully Oil-Free, Low-Noise On-Site Air

The GW Series uses an oil-free scroll structure, is fully oil-free with pure air output, and features low noise and a small footprint. It has a working pressure of 0.7–1.0 MPa, air delivery of 0.345–3.52 m³/min and power of 4–37 kW, a typical on-site air compressor. Because it is quiet and compact, it can be placed near the point of use: this avoids building a separate compressor room, shortens piping and reduces pressure loss, making it suited to places such as dental clinics and precision laboratories that have high air quality requirements and are noise-sensitive.

2. SL+ Series: Purpose-Built for Low Pressure, No Wasted Pressure

Many plants need only 0.3–0.4 MPa at the point of use, yet still supply air from a machine rated above 0.7 MPa, letting the excess pressure bleed away through a regulator. The SL+ Series is a screw model designed for low-pressure duty, with a working pressure of 0.3/0.4 MPa, air delivery of 10–46 m³/min and power of 37–185 kW, achieving the same air delivery with lower energy consumption, saving about 30% on average compared with a conventional air compressor. The series includes high-efficiency and standard lines, the former with a single pressure and a focus on efficiency, the latter with more flexible pressure steps.

3. How to Choose

• If you need oil-free air and the ability to install close to the point of use: choose GW;
• If you need low pressure with high volume to cut station-wide energy use: choose SL+;
• Note: oil-free addresses oil content only; dew point and dust content still require separate drying and filtration equipment.
