Its logic is straightforward: rather than letting old equipment keep dragging on power costs and failure rates, put the residual value of the old machine to use when upgrading. There is no restriction on the brand taken in trade; after evaluation, the value of an old or inefficient air compressor can be offset against the price or rental of new equipment.

1. Rough Process for a Trade-In

1. Review the equipment in use: determine which models to retire and which to keep;
2. Submit for evaluation: the service provider evaluates the brand, model and operating condition of the old machine and sets a value;
3. Decide the new machine plan: the factory proposes a technical upgrade direction based on the duty, rather than a simple replacement;
4. Offset the value: the evaluated value is offset against the price or rental of the new equipment, followed by delivery, installation and commissioning.

2. Where the Value Lies

First, it lowers the cash threshold for upgrading. The value of the old machine directly offsets part of the equipment price or rental, reducing the upfront investment.

Second, it solves the energy consumption problem at the same time. An inefficient old machine is a long-term drain on power costs, and after trading up to a more efficient new machine, the improvement in running cost shows up gradually in daily use.

Third, follow-up service is covered. A trade-in is not a "sell and walk away" deal: the plan includes support from a professional service team, a scheduled maintenance program and genuine factory spare parts, so the equipment is still looked after after the upgrade.
